Use of your data: If you choose not to provide your email address toward the end of the SCEA Feedback Survey (this is an option), all of your responses on the Survey will be completely anonymous. The Developer will not know the information you provided came from you. There is no way to link your responses with your identity. It will NOT be possible for the Developer to contact you, as no contact information would be collected.
However, if you choose to provide your email address toward the end of the SCEA Feedback Survey, your responses will not be anonymous, though they will be kept confidential. The Developer will not share your responses or your email address with any third party. The Developer will only use the email address you provided him in order to email you at a later date and invite you to complete a brief questionnaire using this same online survey platform. You can accept or decline this invitation when it comes. The purpose of this brief questionnaire will be to collect additional information about how your career has progressed. This information will only be used to help better understand the ability of the SCEA to point people towards the right career for them. It will NOT be used for any other purpose, including research purposes. It will not be shared with third parties.
This SCEA Feedback Survey was built with the well-respected online survey platform, Qualtrics. Any data collected through Qualtrics will NOT be used for marketing purposes. Qualtrics does not use the data entered into the surveys, they only store the data for the Developer. For more information, see page 5 of the Qualtrics Security White Paper. The Developer will use the data to help improve the SCEA. The Developer owns and may retain or destroy any data that you provide via the SCEA Feedback Survey and/or the brief questionnaire at his discretion. If you provided your email address when you completed the SCEA Feedback Survey, you are welcome to email the Developer to request the destruction of your data.

The SCEA was developed by drawing upon a variety of sources as well as the personal opinions of the Developer. This SCEA is not “empirically validated” or “scientifically proven” and does not claim to be.
