Kelsey Redmayne is a third year doctoral student in the Counseling Psychology program. She graduated from Harding University in 2014 with her BS in Psychology and BA in Music. She then completed her MS in Clinical Psychology at Abilene Christian University (ACU) in 2017. After graduating from ACU, Kelsey provided therapy services at a private practice in Texas before coming to UK. She is currently completing practicum work with a private practice providing therapy and assessment services. Kelsey is a member of the HAMMER research lab, and her research interests and current projects are in help-seeking behaviors, substance use, medications for opioid use disorder, and psychotherapy outcomes. Kelsey currently holds an EDP  teaching assistantship. Email:
