Grace Haring is in her second year of the M.S. in Counseling Psychology program at UK. Before coming to Kentucky, she graduated Cum Laude from Miami University in 2020 with a B.A. in Psychology and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. During her time at Miami she was a peer health educator, held several Panhellenic leadership positions, and was a member of the TLC research lab. As a graduate student at UK she is the Graduate Assistant for Alumni Career Services and a member of the HAMMER Lab. Her research interests revolve around sexual assault prevention, resilience, interpersonal violence, and feminist psychology. In her free time, she volunteers as a crisis text counselor and loves to read, go thrifting, and cook delicious meals. Her career goal is to become a licensed psychologist with a special interest in interpersonal violence prevention and advocacy work.
